Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product definition and execution for the Newton AI platform.

This role centers on building a robust, intuitive AI platform that empowers enterprise teams to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy Physical AI solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate is a builder, comfortable taking products from 0 to 1, thriving in ambiguity, and combining creativity with technical knowledge to translate complex AI concepts into clear, usable product features. You bring proven enterprise platform experience and the ability to shape Newton’s roadmap while ensuring seamless integration into enterprise environments.

You will lead the development of enterprise-grade capabilities—such as compliance, security, and governance—while championing a developer-first experience that lowers the barrier to building real-time AI applications from sensor data.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and prioritization of Newton AI platform features across APIs, core services, and developer-facing tools, ensuring enterprise readiness at every layer.
• Drive delivery enterprise-grade capabilities, ensuring sprint planning, prioritization, and execution align with emerging customer needs and long-term product strategy.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver secure, reliable, and intuitive developer workflows.
• Set up product metrics and analytics to measure adoption, usage, and performance, and use data-driven insights to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Engage directly with customer success engineers to capture feature requests and integration requirements, ensuring Newton integrates seamlessly into enterprise infrastructure and data environments.
• Champion and communicate roadmap, product strategy, and platform capabilities across internal teams; work with marketing to create compelling product campaign and announcements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, or AI/ML products and infrastructure, with demonstrated delivery of products at scale, and a proven track record of driving enterprise-grade features.
• Deep understanding of AI, including multimodal systems and modern AI workflows, with proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical and intuitive product features.
• Strong familiarity with APIs, developer tooling, and front-end interfaces, with the ability to assess and prioritize enterprise developer experience.
• Ability to engage directly with enterprise developers, solution architects, and customer success engineers, to validate requirements and adoption blockers.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work across engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams.
