Archetype AI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solutions Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of the sales organization, partner with our leadership team, engage with customers, and help be a part of building our GTM motion. As a Solutions Architect, you will help drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and effectively articulating the value of our products and services based on their requirements. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust.
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and align product offerings to key requirements. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales and onboarding process. • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions. • Build, manage, and document effective POCs to ensure successful evaluation and implementation. • Provide feedback and insights from customer engagements to product and engineering teams for roadmap planning. • Be consultative and bring expertise to help the market better understand Physical AI and how to evaluate.
• 5+ years in sales engineering or solution architect roles working with global enterprise companies. • Experience selling in IoT or sensor solutions working on B2B enterprise engagements with similar use cases. • Strong customer presentation and project management skills. • Clear understanding of how to effectively run and document POCs. • Comfortable working in early stage startup environments. • Basic understanding of value selling concepts. • Proven track record in developing solutions on top of cloud-native architectures (ie knowledge of how to design, develop, debug, and deploy distributed applications)
• Domain expertise with AI, LLMs, and machine learning • Knowledge and experience in the main phases of the machine learning development, evaluation, and deployment lifecycle • Experience setting up internal systems (ie CRM) to build processes that will scale. • Experience customizing AI models (ie via prompt engineering, providing N-shot examples, or fine-tuning)
